So, today my Team Leader managed to piss the hell out of me, but I will not elaborate here. At least, this time she didn't bring me to tears? I was just very angry and upset for the rest of the day.

Which is why I decided it's high time I return to the gym. Nothing is better for letting steam out than a good workout.

Of course, I made certain to limit my time on the machine for 20 minutes, than went of to stretch. After a few minutes of that, one of the trainers there came to me and said "hi, my name is N and I'm a trainer here. Want me to show you some exercises to strength your muscles?"?

I was delighted and agreed. Told him about my medical issues, and he had me try for about 20 minutes a few of the lighter exercises. I informed him whenever something reached a red line and he was very attentive. This personal approach is really a novel thing for me - Holmes Place have never done it.

And of course, mood is better now as a result of all the endorphins running in my blood. Was always very responsive to that. I'm even able to break out the freak-out regarding Saturday. Will work on holding onto the positive approach that I've managed to adopt
