Today so far
Jul. 30th, 2015 07:05 pmI've decided to stay home today, since yesterday was also a very difficult and tiring day, and it's best not to push things.
I've also decided to take a rather big gamble and listen to what the Psychiatrist said, despite the fact that yesterday was also a bad Urticaria day. Because I had a good hunch that something with me is different, and it was not really the med that caused the attacks, but rather the rebound plus my being in horrible stress and eating lot's of chocolate.
So today I woke up around 9 only enough to take the Conerta plus Telfast (for safety) and went back to sleep. And woke up around noon, with no rash. Around 15:30 I took another Telfast, and right now I have only some slight rash around the neck, with no swelling, no inching, and as far as I see, no spreading around.
So, what I need to ask the allergy doc is for long-term antihistamine meds with I will take with the Concerta every time I take it, and maybe in-between as well.
Until the Psychiatrist will allow me otherwise, I will take only once every three days. It will be enough to supply some relief for me, and to allow me some normal work hours. (This month I'm again so, so screwed).
Other than that, I'm better. Rested for a great part of the day, despite the med, but in between when I was awake was able to work on some house issues. And I didn't stress out for the first time in days. The med really has a soothing effect on me.
