It's a cold,sunny day in my part of our tiny country. (Israel is tiny,but we have no less than three climate zones).

As per normal,it's colder than usually. But I went for shopping anyway,and I am delighted in seeing small kids,and bigger ones,in costumes. Purim is one of my favorite holidays.


Yesterday I took my fourth vaccine. (Israel went All The Way on covid19. And my immune system is...negative,due to two Autoimuinic illness.

So today I am in the highest level on the Pain Scall. Not huge fun. But,still managed to do things and recognize in time my safety limits. So. .

So. The rest of the day and most off tomorrow are planned for rest and recovery. Our youngest (adopted) son will be 22 tomorrow, and we are hosting a party😍

I didn’t realize that Israel had anything other than warm weather. Costumes? What sort of costumes?

That’s great news on a 4th booster; we are not immune compromised in any way so we are not yet eligible for the 4th booster. We’ll probably be next in line due to our age and you could safely bet your life though, that we’ll get the booster at the first available time. As I’ve told people and especially delight in telling anti-vax types—I have no fear of death but I refuse to die of stupid.

😄Israel packs incredible variety of all kinds into her small frame. There are many things one can say about Israel,many of those unpleasant. (Hell I say them myself). But one thing Israel is not is boring.

Interesting. :) *chuckle* Don’t feel bad—there is so much bad you can say about the United States—that it is a country club country for the 1% to get richer—usually on the backs of the workers. That it can be the land of opportunity but often that opportunity is working at McDonalds. :( There is rampant racism and rampant nazism, although these people don’t have as much support as they think they do. I guess it is just a matter of humanity stirring the pot and not in a good way. T’was always thus and one wonders why the hell we can’t all get along and help one another.

I’m good—*chuckle* not currently fighting any sort of illness, not healing any sort of injury—no new injuries anyway—currently. ;) It’s all good—until it isn’t. :) I hope your recovery is going well.

Sympathies on the pain, but at least there is the vaccine to point at, so presumably not a case of foolishly over doing things - which, sadly, I still do, even after years of learning to live with CFS!
