* I've finally managed to find what kind of pictures (in my drawing book) work best for me: minimalistic, with little details and rather large figures. I think that the more detailed kind overload my mind, and so stress me instead of sooth me.
* Going to blood screen tomorrow. The hypoglycaemia episodes in the last few days were too intense and in to large a frequency to ignore.
* The above issue makes me really worried about the Brunch Birthday. I'm now so limited in my diet - no sugars, no cow milk products, no white flour products. So, I'm not sure I will be able to contain the frustration in a way that will be productive.
* Tomorrow I'm going for the first Lidocaine treatment. Will see how it works.
* I'm neglecting TV lately, since just do not have the energy. So, I think I will try to browse Netflix for movies. Much shorter commitment.
