tea Recipe

Ok, as this one was effective, I am posting it - both for future reference and in case someone will find it useful.

I was stressed as hell - in a freakout, effictivly. (CauseI am a Worryknot of the worst sort, and even when I know very well it's not doing anygood, I worry about my loved ones.)

So when breathing failed, I thought a tea will be usefull. But I don't have the small tea glass at home, and I know that Lavender is far to strong for me to risk an overdose - had I drunk one full teapot, it would not have ended well.

So: Took two or three rose hips (פקעות וורדים), mixed with some Melissa and some White Leaved Savory (זוטא לבנה. תרגומים גרועים אני חושבת)ץ)

The result was a mild tea, that soothed me without any sideeffect. Very gentle, very effective. Definetly one for keeps.

Melissa (lemon balm) actually sooths tense muscles, and it's a mild (non-narcotic) anxiolytic. I'm not sure what rosehips do, but they tend to amp other herbs mildly.

If melissa is working for you, it may be the preferable alternative.
