Side effects are especially bad today. Done know why. Both horrible nausea and horrible exhaustion. And I just can’t force myself to eat. Every time I tried as much as to drink orange juice, I nearly threw up then and there. And it’s nearly impossible for me to function. But, we are only 4 people doing orders today, and I just can’t go home. Not when I will be as miserable at home as I am now.

Damn it, I don’t know how I will handle the EOQ if now it’s so bad. So far - no sign of improvment, not the slightest.

Great. Add to that vertigo bad enough that I can't walk without holding something, else I am falling, and small black spots again. Sporadecly.those spots are coming and going, and I am not sure that I am not imagening them. But the vertigo is constent, including when I am sitting. perhaps the nausea is the result of than, don't know.

Forced myself to drink coffee. Black spots are gone for now. Can't still force myself to eat. Also, now the mantel effects are added, but I think that this time the trigger is the phisical effects and not otherwise.

Am really misrable. It's the worst so far. And it maybe cause I am now on 10 G for both meds. Don't know if I can take it on a day to day basis.

: Well. I think that the problem was that my brain had a very low level of oxygen.

As a last resort of sorts, I went out for some air, very carefully and leaning on the wall so as not to fall. And there was a fresh breeze outside. So I sat there for about 20 minutes of so, and forced myself to breath in deeply, and gradually there was some improvement. Right now, my brain is pulsing – I can feel it when I touch my forehead and it’s actually painful. But, my mind is nearly clear, and the nausea is less. The vertigo is still not much improved – bad when I am siting, and much much worse when I am standing and trying to walk. So I will try to eat some food with salt soon and see if it helps, on the assumption that it may also be low BP.

It's also become somewhat worse again, once I came back in. But did not return yet to the level before.

13:08 I am more than a little alarmed, by the way. I had more than a few symptoms that may indicate a low blood pressure, : Black spots, dizziness that was worse standing than sitting, lightheadedness, blurring of vision, fatigue, nausea. But I can't be sure it was low BP without checking. And so did not want to cut off from work. Not when it could have also be psychosomatic. . I think that it may be smart to take the instrument I bought to measure the BP, and if it will happen tomorrow I will check. Should it be lower than 60/90, I will cut off and go to the doctor.

* Orange juice is acidic. It's not a good choice when you're having stomach issues. Try apple, it's usually neutral.

* Try taking your inhaler. Low BP and low oxygen saturation (low sat) indeed behave very similarly, and low sat is a Thing That Happens with messed-up lungs.

* Try keeping a box of sticks of carrot and cucumber, and a salt shaker. If it's low BP than you need All The Salt, and this is the low-calorie way to do it.

* Do note that if you have combo factors (low BP, low sat, stress, and more) than the effect of any single factor is amplified. In other words, just because your BP seems acceptable doesn't mean you won't have low BP symptoms.

I do not give a fuck about numbers. I give a fuck about symptoms and what they respond to. Everything else can fuck off and go to hell; life is not a role-playing game and it does not run on nice and discrete categories.
