Today so far
* This night was beyond horrible – took hours to fall asleep, and than kept waking up because of the cough.
* However, I’m dealing much better today – using cognitive means to fight the fatigue.
* Breathing through my stomach and a short brisk walk in the lovely air outside proved effective.
* Tonight is planned for Lavanger with lovechilde and maybe Lea. Fun.
* Mood - much better. I've retained some optimism and belief that I can rehab myself.
