Since my brain was inching from sheer nerves,and I was on the verge of breaking windows here, I searched Youtube for soothing music and found:

Works like charm, only now I want to sleep very badly and can hardly keep my eyes open...
I might try to fall asleep to this music tonight. Should be doable - keep the cellphone charged so it will not die on you; put on Audio; and find the link in youtube. It's worse a try, I think.
